IT IS OUR PLEASURE to reveal the names of NURSEWEEK's
2003 South Central Nursing Excellence Awards finalists.
Forty-eight nurses have been named finalists in eight
categories.
These distinguished nurses will be invited to attend
a celebration of nursing and awards in October in Houston,
where we will recognize the extraordinary work they
do. We also will honor one winner in each category.
The Nursing Excellence Awards is one way that NURSEWEEK
helps to recognize the outstanding contributions that
nurses make to their patients, each other and our profession.
