Skills are abilities and capabilities. They can be soft skills such as communication, delegation, or team building, or can be technical like giving injections, or other "hands on skills" used in nursing. One way to assess your skills is by taking an assessment called Skill Scan.

Skill Scan is an assessment tool to help you identify various types of
skills you really enjoy using and want to use in your next line of work.
When you take the Skill Scan, you will review 64 skills that you will
prioritize in order of importance. This assessment shows you how and where
your skills fit in the work world in general. You can take Skill Scan
online for a fee at Skillscan.net or by contacting a career counselor,
or by having it administered at a career center.
