communicating more effectively with patients on the unit. 3. Result: Patient complaints went down, and customer satisfaction scores increased by 30 percent. 4.Summary statement:
"Successfully worked with patient care team to resolve patient complaints
in a timely manner, resulting in customer satisfaction survey score increasing
by 30 percent." |
