Maintaining an accurate up-to-date list is essential to our business. The number of licensed RNs is constantly changing. To ensure the accuracy of our addresses, we adhere to the following maintenance schedule:

Method of Maintenance Frequency:

• National Change of Address Annually
• Carrier Routing/ZIP Code and City Standardization Monthly
• Computerized BRN Updates Monthly
• Subscription Requests Weekly
• Postal Address Corrections Weekly
• Individual Updates via Letter or Telephone Daily

Depending on the state, the list can be sorted by county, city or zip code. Our program takes advantage of lower postal rates by sorting your selections in the most efficient way for processing by the post office.

Rate and Selection Information:

• ORDER PROCESSING – UP TO 5 DAYS
• 4-Up Cheshire or disk (Zip-disk fee - $20): $85 per 1,000 names
  
• Agency Commission:15% to recognized agencies
• Pressure Sensitive: $95 per 1,000 names
• Duplicate Copies: $40 per 1,000 names
  
• Shipping and Handling:Express 2-day: $35 Overnight: $50
• Minimum Order: 5,000 names
