for the NurseWeek Career Fair:

 

Q. Who Should Attend?          

A. Nurses and graduating nursing students

 

Q. Is there a fee to attend?

A.Admission is free to all nurses and grad nurses! Some locations may have a parking charge. We suggest you carpool with other nurses when possible, as some events are attended by as many as 2,000 RNs.

 

Q. When can I register for the event?

A.Registration begins approx. two months before each event. You may register by phone or online at www.nurseweek.com

 

Q. What time should I get there?

A.Doors open at 8:00am on the day of the event. Registration counters are well-marked. All RNs will need to register or submit registration confirmation at the counter before entering the exhibit hall or classrooms. The exhibit hall will be open from 10am - 3pm

(Timing may change for certain events)

 

Q. What should I do?

A.Dress professionally, bring copies of your resume (recruiters will be there for on-site interviews) and arrive early in the day to take advantage of special offers and giveaways.

 

Q. Should I attend the classes?         

A.FREE Continuing Education classes will be offered. You can earn up to four CEUs by attending these classes. Our regular class schedule offers at least one class choice at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm. Times may vary at some events. Be sure to complete your CE form and turn it in at the event to receive credit for the class. If you need extra CEUs, visit the NurseWeek CE Bookstore in the exhibit hall and take advantage of special offers.

 

Q. What else? 

A. Bonus Activities Just For RNs!:   The first 500 nurses will receive an official career fair tote bag.
